Auto Parts E-Commerce Marketplace – Pakistan

1. Introduction

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Platform (“Company”) and the Vendor (“Seller”). By registering or selling on the platform, the Vendor agrees to comply with these terms and applicable laws of Pakistan.

2. Vendor Eligibility

  • Vendor must be a legally eligible individual or registered business
  • Must provide valid CNIC/NTN (if applicable)
  • Must comply with all Pakistani laws
  • Provide accurate business and banking details

3. Vendor Account

  • Vendor is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • All provided information must be accurate and updated
  • Platform may approve, reject, or suspend accounts

4. Product Listing

  • All auto parts must be genuine, legal, and safe
  • Listings must include accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Stock levels must be correct

Prohibited:

  • Counterfeit auto parts
  • Stolen vehicle parts
  • Illegal or restricted items

5. Pricing & Commission

  • Vendor sets product prices
  • Platform may charge commission or service fees
  • Prices must include applicable taxes
  • Vendor is responsible for tax compliance

6. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders must be processed on time
  • Inventory must be accurate
  • Products must be properly packaged

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendor may ship directly or use platform logistics
  • Vendor is responsible for timely dispatch
  • Vendor ensures product safety during delivery

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Vendor must define return and warranty policies
  • Responsible for defective or incorrect products

9. Payments

  • Platform collects customer payments
  • Payouts made after commission deduction
  • Settlement cycle applies (e.g., 7–15 days)
  • Payments may be withheld for disputes or fraud

10. Legal Compliance

  • Vendor must follow consumer protection laws
  • Comply with tax regulations (FBR)
  • Follow import/export laws if applicable

11. Intellectual Property

  • No unauthorized use of trademarks or brand names
  • No copyrighted material without permission

12. Prohibited Conduct

  • No counterfeit goods
  • No misleading listings
  • No fraud or manipulation
  • No direct dealing outside platform

13. Platform Rights

  • Remove listings
  • Suspend or terminate vendors
  • Modify policies and fees
  • Cancel suspicious orders

14. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as a marketplace only and is not responsible for product defects, vendor misconduct, or delivery failures. Liability is limited to the transaction value.

15. Indemnity

Vendor agrees to indemnify the platform against claims arising from product defects, legal violations, or disputes.

16. Termination

  • Platform may terminate accounts for violations or fraud
  • Vendor may terminate with written notice

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be subject to arbitration or courts of Pakistan.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.

19. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond control such as natural disasters or government actions.

20. Amendments

The platform may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
